MTWD and Middlesex phone lines down

 

 

 

It is a real shame that Middlesex 'til We Die (the unofficial site of Middlesex CCC, which I have not known to go down before, although it seems to be a general Sport Network problem) and the club phone lines were down today as had they been running as normal I am certain that someone (possibly myself) would have posted on MTWD and maybe even the Arsenal Times board about the Middlesex v Arsenal match and that the club would have received a few phone calls by people enquiring about the event.

I have to admit that I fell for the joke, like I did on April Fool's Day a couple of years ago when MTWD's Barmy Kev said that Middlesex would be playing a Twenty20 match at Wembley Stadium. According to NewsNow and some site called cricket.newsonly.org, Kev also wrote an April Fool's joke for 2010 titled "New Way Out Ground", but unfortunately no-one can access it due to the site being down.
